Microchip公司生产的PIC16F872单片机,其内部带有FLASH型EEPROM和八位的ADC,共有三个可独立编程的I/O口。由于采用在线串行编程、低压编程技术,其内部自带电荷泵升压电路,因而实现读写操作时不需外加高电压;同时PIC16F872具有IAP功能,可实现在应用中编程,特别适合于用户的现场调试与不断更新数据的实时测温。
